Main Focus: Jesus Is Invincible
Revelation 19;21-22 (Return of Christ)

Cotton Swabs and Straws Battle
In the great battle described in Revelation, Jesus defeats Satan to overcome evil.  Jesus is the invincible ruler.
Worship with singing:  led by JrHi / High School band
Memory Verse: "May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.."  (1 Thessalonians 5:23)
While John stayed in the island of Patmos, an angel gave him a vision.  In this vision, the angel met with John and told him many amazing things.  John was instructed to write a letter describing the vision and what Jesus looked like.  John described Jesus as victorious, triumphant and invincible.
We know Jesus is invincible, because He has overcome sin and death on the cross and rose again, He will defeat Satan in the final days, overcome evil, and He will one day return to earth as our King.
Response:
The Shield of Faith
The book of Revelation tells us that Jesus will win in the final battle against evil. Nothing and no
one can defeat Jesus! This activity reminds us that Jesus is invincible and that with His help, we too are “more than conquerors.”
Revelation 21:5-7:  "He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”  He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life.  Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children."

May our children know in any situation that Jesus in invincible.  May their hearts be full of joy and hope as they wait for His return.  May our children faithfully spread the news of His kingdom until He comes back again.
